Cancellation Policy

At Unlimited Vine, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling an event. By booking our services or making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Event Cancellations
- Cancellation Notice: To cancel an event, please provide us with at least 24 hours/ 1 days' notice before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than the required notice will incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 24 hours/ Same Day of the scheduled event, a cancellation fee will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If you cancel within 72 hours/ 3 days of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% ($37.50) of deposit will apply. Outside of these time frames, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Rebooking: If you need to cancel within the timeframes mentioned above but would like to rebook, the deposit will carry over to the new booking date. If for any reason, the new booking date is cancelled, no matter the timeframe, the cancellation fee will be the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Refunds: If a service is canceled in accordance with this policy, any pre-paid amounts will be refunded, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
Drinking Liability Clause

Unlimited Vine (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals participating in our events or using our facilities. The following Drinking Liability Clause outlines the terms and conditions regarding the consumption of alcohol at our events or on your premises.
1. Responsible Consumption
- Personal Responsibility: All guests or participants are responsible for their own consumption of alcohol. We encourage moderation and responsible drinking at all times.
- Legal Drinking Age: All individuals must be of legal drinking age 21, to consume alcohol on your premises or at our events.
2. Alcohol Service
- Licensed Personnel: Alcohol will only be served by licensed and trained personnel. We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to the service and consumption of alcohol.
- Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any individual who appears intoxicated or who is otherwise acting in a manner that could pose a risk to themselves or others.
3. Liability and Indemnification
- Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the consumption of alcohol by guests or participants. This includes but is not limited to accidents, personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences.
- Indemnification: By participating in our events or using your facilities, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unlimited Vine, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the consumption of alcohol.
4. Changes and Updates
- Policy Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update this Drinking Liability Clause at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or as otherwise communicated to you.
5. Signature Agreement
- Consent Notification: Upon booking, an email will be sent immediately which will require an electronic signature. This signature confirms that you are in agreement with the Cancellation Policy and the Drinking Liability Clause.
